These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Save Your Future at saveyourfuture.in and any membership purchased through the website. Save Your Future is an independently operated digital information portal in India, operated by Shamit Tiwari.

1. What Save Your Future provides

Save Your Future provides members with curated informational content across topics such as money and metals, Bitcoin, geopolitics, war and security, artificial intelligence, health, science, nature, space, work, culture and other future-facing subjects. Content may include factual summaries, developing information, analysis, opinion, theories, podcasts and preparedness-oriented explanations.

2. Informational purpose only

Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional where your circumstances require professional advice.

3. Evidence and uncertainty

We aim to distinguish verified information, developing stories, theories and unverified claims. However, news and research can change, sources can conflict, and errors can occur. We do not guarantee that every item will always be complete, current or error-free. Where appropriate, material may be corrected or updated.

4. Founding Lifetime Membership

The current Founding Lifetime Membership price is ₹100 as a one-time payment. There is no recurring membership fee for that membership. “Lifetime” means continued membership access for as long as Save Your Future continues to operate the relevant membership service, subject to these Terms. It does not guarantee that the website or service will operate forever or without change.

5. Account rules

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and use your account personally. Account sharing, resale of access, attempts to bypass access controls, scraping, malicious activity or misuse of the service may result in suspension or termination. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account where caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay. We do not ask you to disclose your UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password to Save Your Future. Payment activation is subject to successful verification of the transaction by the payment provider and our server.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Digital delivery

Membership is a digital service. No physical product is shipped. Delivery and activation details are described in our Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, editorial structure, branding and original media published by Save Your Future are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access the service; it does not transfer ownership of the content.

10. External sources and links

We may reference or link to third-party websites, publications, videos, research or services. Those third parties control their own content, availability and policies. A reference or link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

11. Service changes

We may add, remove, reorganise or discontinue categories, features, content or technical services. We may also change pricing for future members. A change in future pricing does not create a recurring fee for an already-paid Founding Lifetime Membership.

12. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Save Your Future is not responsible for losses caused by decisions made solely in reliance on informational content, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or third-party platforms and services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Age and capacity

You should be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract, or use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes will be subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India, without limiting any consumer rights available under applicable law.
