Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective: 15 August 2026

Save Your Future currently offers a digital Founding Lifetime Membership for a one-time payment of ₹100. Because access is a digital service and is intended to activate after verified payment, refunds are handled according to the circumstances below.

1. Situations we will review for a refund

Please contact us if you experience a duplicate payment, a successful debit where membership was not activated, an incorrect amount charged by our checkout, or another genuine payment-processing or technical billing error attributable to the transaction.

2. Change of mind

Once lifetime membership has been successfully activated and the member portal has been made available, a change-of-mind refund is not normally offered for the digital membership. This does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer right that must be provided under applicable law.

3. Request period

For the fastest resolution, please report a billing or activation problem within 7 days of the transaction. Requests outside that period may still be considered where there is a clear billing error or where applicable law requires consideration.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@saveyourfuture.in with the email address used for membership, transaction/payment reference, payment date and a short description of the issue. Do not send your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, OTP or banking password.

5. Processing of approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be initiated back to the original payment method through the payment provider. The time taken for the amount to appear can depend on the payment provider, UPI app, bank or card issuer and is outside our direct control.

6. Cancellation / account closure

You may ask us to close your membership account. Account closure ends access but does not itself create an entitlement to a refund where the digital membership had already been successfully delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Failed or pending payments

If a payment shows as failed or pending, please avoid making repeated payments until the transaction status is clear. Where a payment provider reverses or refunds a failed transaction automatically, the timing is controlled by that provider and your bank.
